I’ve recently joined the whole ‘drinking your food not eating it’ thing, and I’m really enjoying it (I do still eat meals!) I’m really quite surprised with the amount of things you have put in a smoothie!
This was the first smoothie I made, and I must say – I was impressed. I absolutely love wheatabix so I had a good feeling I would like it, I was right.
I have made this 4 or 5 times since, I can’t get enough of it! I’ve replaced my cereal at breakfast for this and it saves me so much time. It’s definitely my favourite smoothie so far!
